Registration
- Payment is due prior to the seminar start time and includes continental breakfast, a detailed conference workbook, lunch, and certificate of attendance.
- Payment can be made by check or credit card. We accept MasterCard and Visa.
- Registration can be submitted online, by mail, fax or phone.
- Confirmation of your registration will be sent to your email address.
- Continental Breakfast begins at 8:00 am. Program begins at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 5 p.m.
- This offering is approved for 7 contact hours by the California Board of Registered Nursing, CEP13546.
- All expenses of continuing education (fees, travel, meals, and lodging) undertaken to maintain and improve professional skills are tax deductible. Please consult your account for complete details.
- Cancellation policy: You may make substitutions at any time; please notify us as soon as possible. Written cancellation notice postmarked 14 days prior to the meeting date will entitle you to a full refund of the registration fee. Registered participants who do not attend or who cancel less than 14 days prior to the seminar date are liable for the entire fee.

About The Instructor
 Lynn Hadaway, M.Ed., RNC. CRNI is one of the most knowledgeable and informative instructors in infusion therapy today. She has 35 years clinical experience in hospital intravenous therapy, catheter manufacturing, and clinical education and training in infusion therapy.
She has two national certifications — intravenous therapy and professional staff development — and a Master’s in Education from the University of Georgia.
Her teaching style is lively and engaging. She believes each participant has a wealth of knowledge and experience to share with the group and strives to help each learner capitalize on their strengths and improve their weaknesses.
